which software did u make this with? photoshop or illustrator?

what kind of file did you save it in?

I create the logo in freehand MX (yes, I still use Freehand :D) and then paste to photoshop and make the presentation as you can see here [link] and save as Jpeg. But you can save as Gif, PSD, or... whatever. :)
